"I have stayed here several times, first time to stay in a suite on 3rd floor, very quite and freshly painted. Had microwave, mid size refrigerator and dishwasher. And price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in area. There was even a 7 Brew and Dunkin Donuts along with several other good places to eat and a Walmart across the street. Enjoyed my stay"

"When I walked into the room one of the beds was covered in black stains and I noticed the hand soap was empty. I contacted the desk where I was told housekeeping was gone for the day. They told me they could get me fresh bedding but I would have to change it myself. After fully inspecting the room I noticed the floor was dirty like it had not been vacuumed. There were food crumbs, candy, beer tops and dirty socks under the beds. The floors in the bathroom were dirty as well. The next morning I asked that housekeeping clean the entire room. When I returned it had been somewhat cleaned. They picked up the items from under the bed but still did not vacuum the floors. The black stains on the bed were coming from the air unit on the wall, when the air would turn on it shot out black dirt onto the bed. They also never refilled the hand soap or lotion when cleaning the room so I had to go and purchase some myself. My first stay with them was lovely which is why I booked with them again. After having all of the problems I had with this stay I will not be a returning guest. I also have pictures of the room and how it was when I checked in."

"Room was very clean, staff was very kind and helpful. Loved it was next to a mall and eateries. Also very nice spot for walking dogs. Do need to fill the poop bags but I was glad we carry them. That was the only thing. And that’s not bad."

The people who run it are extremely welcoming and helpful and have made it a pleasure to be here. It is a nice and well-run place to stay. They have left me alone as I spend a lot of time online working at my goal of finding my new home. The WIFI is excellent and dependable. The coffee is available around the clock."
